Fifteen years in business.
A lifetime in connection.
I am Petronela. My friends call me Neli. After almost fifteen years as Account Director at one of the largest event agencies in Slovakia, after founding my own yoga centre and a career in the media, I found my real calling — helping people reshape their reality consciously.
Today I am the author of ANUTTARA and of the registered Shifting® method that came with it. Everything I teach, I lived through first. It brings together authentic spirituality, modern principles of creating reality, and practical tools for lasting change.
One of the greatest gifts I found along the way is communication with God — which I keep deepening and use to guide others. I work with those who feel ready for change. Not in theory — for real.

The quality and level of a spiritual teacher depends on divine grace, on the quality of their own teachers, on self-study and on inner work. Petronela is among those who successfully share, with their clients, gifts granted from the highest level. She carries an energy and a change that is significant, fast, truthful and genuinely exceptional.
Petronela is a master communicator. She explains everything clearly, step by step, in a way that matches exactly the level of the person she is speaking to. You need no prior knowledge and no spiritual vocabulary. Her approach is not esoteric but practical.
No. Shifting does not stand against any religion — quite the opposite. It is a universal principle of working with consciousness, compatible with any faith. Many clients are practising believers. Petronela does not spread dogma; she supports the truth within a person.
Our inner world shapes our outer one. Houses, cars and holidays will not fulfil us if we are empty inside. Work like this is meant to bring clarity, healing, forgiveness and a right direction for your life. What you change within yourself later changes in your life as well — and that is a return no other investment can give you.
Shifting is not a technique for one area of life. It works across all of them: relationships, health, finances, spirituality, concrete goals and manifestations. The moment you decide on change, Shifting is the tool that takes you there.
